If you do not have access to e-mail or a fax machine, you may mail the lender’s letter directly to EOI Direct.
For smartphone users, you can also take a picture of your lender letter and e-mail it to lenderletters@eoidirect.com. Please remember to write your order number on the correspondence you are sending to EOI Direct. (Correspondence without an order number will not be processed).

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing once the lender’s letter is received via e-mail, fax, or mail.
As an alternative to providing a lender letter, you may pay a nominal rush fee for immediate processing services. To process your renewal without having to provide a copy of your lender letter, please contact our help desk toll free at (877) 456-3643 and request to pay the rush fee in lieu of providing a copy of the lender letter. Please have your order number ready.
