Our mission is to provide you with a superior certificate delivery service along with the peace of mind knowing that your privacy is secure. We understand your concerns about guarding information about you and your Account. We want to assure you that we have taken steps, and will continue to take steps, to safeguard that information. 1. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

To serve you better, and manage our business, it is important that we collect and maintain accurate personal information about you. We obtain this information from your account registration and delivery designations. For example:

• We may obtain information such as your name, address and contact information from your account registration that you submit to EOI Direct.
• We may obtain information such as Account balances, payment history and your use of your Account from your transactions and other  dealings with EOI Direct.
• We may obtain information such as your email address for your user id through the registration process.

2. Is Personal Information Shared with Others?

We do not share your information with outside parties; however, there are circumstances in which we may share the information we collect about you, as described in Section 1, with other parties in order to service your Account effectively.

We may share information relating to your name, company name, address and contact information (including e-mail) in an effort to research an issue relating to a certificate delivery or a previous order to bring about a resolution. We may also share information in an effort to automate the task of delivering certificate information proactively on behalf of users. This may involve notice of additional services available to users should they wish to utilize new service offerings.

EOI Direct does not share your information with outside parties with exception of circumstances outlined above.
